We have been instructed by the Archdiocese to err on the side of caution. We are being asked to stay home.  As a result Masses for the weekend are cancelled.

  • Elizabeth Smith’s Funeral is postponed till next week, possibly Friday.
  • Friday's World Day of Prayer is cancelled.
  • RCIA: The Rite of Election is cancelled. We will celebrate that in our own Parishes. For us St John Vianney’s. Hopefully the next weekend. 
  • THIS Weekend Masses are Cancelled.
  • Sacrament Preparation and RCIA sessions are postponed.

​CHILDREN'S LITURGY
We are excited to announce that Children’s Liturgy will soon be recommencing at St John Vianney’s, Manly at Sunday’s 9.30 am Mass. Children’s liturgy provides the opportunity for young hearts and minds to be introduced to God’s Word, the beauty of prayer, and the love of Christ.
REFLECTION PROGRAMME FOR LENT 2025
The Parish is planning to run a Lenten Discussion &Reflection Program. If there's enough interest, we will run two sessions on Tuesdays at SJV Church
  • one from 10am-11am
  • with a repeat session from 6.30pm-7.30pm.
Sessions will begin on TUESDAY 4th MARCH. Please register your interest on the Sign-Up Sheet at the back of both churches to ensure adequate resources are available.  Numbers are needed urgently!
